Booking and Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our booking & cancellation policy.

A booking fee is taken for all bookings. The card used to pay your booking fee is securely stored in order to apply any cancellation charges that may incur. Booking fees are fully refundable when appointments are cancelled/rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

You can cancel/re-schedule appointments on our online booking app up to 24 hours prior to your appointment, thereafter you should call the salon direct. Please note we cannot accept bookings or cancellations via email or social media platforms.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for any cancellations or re-scheduling appointments, the following payments will be taken from the card used to pay your booking fee:
• Less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit any booking fees
• Appointments cancelled/re-scheduled on the day will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice or failure to show for your appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Please note if a gift voucher is used to secure your booking, any fees incured will be deducted from the voucher balance. If you fail to show without prior notice we reserve the right to refuse future bookings or request that full payment is made in advance of your next appointment.

Patch Testing
In line with our insurance policy we require a patch test to be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to the following treatments:
• Lash & Brow Tinting
• Brow Lamination/HD Brows/Hybrid Brows
• Lash Lift/Tint
• IPL
• Medik8 Peels
This is applicable to all new clients, clients who have not had the above treatments in the past 6 months and clients who have had any medical changes, including vaccines, since last having the above treatments. Failure to have a patch test prior to your appointment will result in cancellation of your appointment. The above treatments cannot be carried out on anyone under the age of 16 or if pregnant/breastfeeding.

Attending Your Appointment
Due to how busy the salon can be, we ask that you attend your appointment alone as we do not have a waiting area, this includes children and babies. For health & safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children in the salon.
